By making a payment on www.greensfitnessstudio.in, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions related to payments, services, and program delivery.
Greens Fitness Online Solution provides online fitness coaching, personalized diet plans, workout programs, and lifestyle guidance. All services are delivered digitally through phone calls, WhatsApp, video calls, and online platforms.
● All payments must be made 100% in advance through approved payment methods including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, or Payment Gateway.
● Prices mentioned are final unless stated otherwise.
● By completing the payment, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
● All payments made to Greens Fitness Online Solution are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
● Once payment is completed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
○ Change of mind
○ Personal reasons
○ Medical reasons
○ Inability to follow the program
○ Non-usage of services
● Payment confirms full acceptance of this no-refund policy.
● Once payment is made, program cancellation is not allowed.
● Programs cannot be paused, transferred, or canceled after enrollment.
● After successful payment confirmation, our dietician or assigned coach will contact the client within 12 hours (working hours).
● Program onboarding, assessment, and personalized plan creation will begin only after payment.
● Any delay caused due to incorrect contact details or non-responsiveness from the client is not the responsibility of Greens Fitness Online Solution.
● Clients must provide accurate personal, health, and lifestyle information.
● Results vary from person to person and depend on consistency, adherence, metabolism, and individual effort.
● Greens Fitness Online Solution does not guarantee specific results.
● Our services are for general fitness and wellness guidance only.
● They are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
● Clients with medical conditions must consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting the program.
● Greens Fitness Online Solution is not liable for health issues arising from undisclosed medical conditions.
● In case of failed transactions where the amount is debited but not credited, resolution will be as per the bank or payment gateway policies.
● Any duplicate payments will be reviewed and resolved according to payment gateway norms.
Greens Fitness Online Solution shall not be liable for:
● Any indirect or consequential damages
● Injuries due to improper execution of workouts
● Technical issues beyond our control such as payment gateway downtime or network failures
All content, diet plans, workout plans, videos, and materials provided are the intellectual property of Greens Fitness Online Solution and must not be copied, shared, or resold.
Greens Fitness Online Solution reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
